Our Training

AOS are committed to Continuous Professional Development and encourage their officers to train to at least NVQ level 2 standards in customer care. AOS wherever possible offer training in topic areas that will contribute to an individual’s personal development. To enhance our internal training programme, AOS work with a number of training providers. 

All staff are provided with a probationary review meeting after 3 months of employment and annual appraisal review where a plan for the personal development of the individual is agreed. 

We fundamentally believe in rewarding our employees and operate a recognition scheme to acknowledge exceptional performance by members of the team.  AOS also offer competitive industry sector pay and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
